Access is restricted by role, but some event data is visible to organizers and admins where operationally necessary.
Members can view only their own registrations. Organizers can view participants for events they manage. Admins can access broader operational data where required for approvals, moderation, support, and governance.
You can review and update core profile information in your account settings, and you can deactivate your account from within the platform.
Retention And Security
Personal information should be retained only as long as required for platform operation and internal record-keeping.
The platform includes role-based controls, approval workflows, session management, moderation logging, and configurable retention settings. Historical records may be kept where needed for legitimate internal administration.
Sensitive company information must not be entered into this tool. Only event information suitable for an internal social coordination platform should be stored.
