Notes
This is currently an interest check to see if we have enough people to secure a large group table. Please note that this event is self-funded. General Public has offered us a flexible minimum spend option instead of a package. The offer is a $500 prepaid minimum spend for food and beverages only. The venue can group our tables together, but they do not have one single table large enough for 40 people. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, and the final payment is due 7 days before the event. This option would suit us well, as it keeps the focus on food and drinks while still leaving games open as an optional activity on the day.
